When I’ve had a busy day at work this is my Go-To quick stress fix.

 

Drop my things at the door and hit the floor. Within 5 minutes I’ve regained my sanity.

 

This simple yoga posture doesn’t require anything fancy, you don’t even need a yoga mat.
